This has been making the rounds and I usually don’t follow these sorts of trends, but yeah, I feel this needs further examing. Below is a video from Back to the Future part 3. In this scene “Vern”, Doc Brown’s second kid does some strange motions and apparently points to his crotch. Watch the vid:

Now that’s pretty messed up, especially when you watch it zoomed in. What the hell was going on there? Seondly and perhaps most importantly… Why did someone just now discover this in 2010?

And here I thought Christopher Lloyd looked creepy enough by himself. LOL! Seriously, though: That kid has some huge, man-sized hands. My guess is that he could have been trying to screw up the scene somehow? The dog certainly doesn't look too impressed. I went to school with kids around that age and some of these tykes had some mighty dirty minds by then. Reminds me of that myth regarding the "ghost child" in Three Men and a Baby.

Quick search on IMDB shows that Vern was played by one Dannel Evans. He's got two credits to his name and trivia on the dude states: "Works in a Century Theatre. Huge fan of anime and comic books. Had roles in several old Pepsi commercials." So maybe somebody should just ask him…WTF?

To be fair, that kid looks like a total perv anyway, nothing surprising about his actions xD

  • I remember the ghost thing in 3 Men and a Baby, which as I recall was a cardboard cut-out of Tom Selleck or something along those lines…. But that was discovered right around the time of release. I'm amazed that it's taken what, 15 years for someone to find this?

I agree, someone needs to track down Dannel Evans. I mean, if someone can track down the kid who won that He-Man Fearless Photog contest, they by god we can get to the bottom of this!

If I was on set with Elizabeth Shue I'd probably do the same thing.

    Bravo kid.

Its funny… sorta like the scene from an episode of Three's Company when Jon Ritter's scrot pops out… took nearly 20 years for someone to notice that! 😉
