Is Ric Flair hard up for cash? Apparently. Now he's got his own Lottery Ticket. Part of it is cool and part of it is sad. I imagine Ric sitting in a trailer somewhere, Cheeto stains on his tights, frantically scratching his own lotto tickets hoping to hit the big one.
